At PENTHOUSE HNL, all services are by appointment only and your time is reserved specifically for you.
Last-minute cancellations leave a gap we can’t easily fill, affecting both our team and other clients.
We kindly ask for the following notice for all cancellations or reschedules:
• Appointments with Team Members: Minimum 6 hours’ notice
• Appointments with the Owner: Minimum 12 hours’ notice
Cancellations made within the required notice window will incur a 50% charge of the scheduled service.
No-shows will be charged 100%, as previously stated

A haircut typically takes 1 hour, while a haircut + beard service is allotted 1 hour and 30 minutes.
